• Professional Profile Data: Business name, bio, service categories, geographical service areas, contact telephone, public email, and uploaded media.
• Event & Request Data: Event title, date, region, locality, requested services, and optional organizer notes.

2. Cloud Infrastructure & Service Providers

Eventio relies on Google Cloud Firebase services for core operational infrastructure: Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in, Cloud Firestore for database persistence, and Cloud Storage for file hosting. We do not transmit your data to unauthorized third-party analytics or advertising processors.

3. How Information is Disclosed

Organizer contact details (phone and email) are disclosed to professionals only through the designated request and mutual interest/unlock workflow. Public professional profiles display public business details as intended for client discovery.

4. Data Retention & Security

We implement standard technical and organizational security measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Data is retained for as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfill operational requirements.
