Terms and conditions for using the Eventio platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Eventio platform (website and mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Platform Role & Scope
Eventio operates strictly as a discovery and intermediary platform connecting event organizers with service professionals. Eventio is not a provider, employer, agent, or representative of any professional listed on the platform.
3. Account Creation & Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and profile creation.
4. Professional Profiles & Content
Professionals are solely responsible for the accuracy of their business profiles, descriptions, contact information, imagery, and pricing disclosures. Eventio reserves the right to review, approve, modify, or reject professional profiles to maintain quality standards.
5. Direct Agreements & No Performance Guarantees
All arrangements, contracts, pricing negotiations, payments, and service delivery occur directly between organizers and professionals. Eventio does not guarantee the completion, quality, safety, or legal compliance of any agreed service, nor is it party to any contract established between users.
6. Prohibited Use & Account Termination
Misuse of the platform—including submitting fraudulent requests, spamming, impersonation, harassing other users, or violating applicable laws—is strictly prohibited. Eventio reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform usage, service disruptions, or disputes between organizers and professionals.
8. Changes to Terms & Contact
